This Privacy Policy explains how DemKay Technologies LLC collects, uses, stores, protects, shares, and processes personal information through LaunchOS.

LaunchOS may collect account, workforce, operational, technical, device, authentication, billing, and support information necessary to provide the Services. This includes information you provide directly (name, email, company details, operational data) as well as usage data, device information, and log data collected automatically when you interact with our Services.

We use information to:

• Provide and operate the Services
• Authenticate users and maintain tenant isolation
• Deliver AI-assisted functionality
• Synchronize authorized integrations
• Generate reports requested by the Customer
• Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and perform backups and disaster recovery
• Improve reliability using aggregated or de-identified information where permitted
• Comply with legal obligations

Processing is performed under applicable contractual, legal, consent-based, or legitimate-interest grounds where required.

Information may be shared with subprocessors, service providers, integrations authorized by the Customer, and governmental authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal information. Subprocessors may include providers for cloud infrastructure, hosting, payments, communications, AI processing, support, monitoring, security, analytics, and related functions.

LaunchOS maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit, encryption at rest where appropriate, authentication controls, role-based access, audit logging, monitoring, backup procedures, security testing, and incident response. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Information is retained according to contractual, operational, and legal requirements. Deletion requests may be subject to identity verification, authorization, retention requirements, legal holds, security needs, and backup rotation.

Individuals may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. Workforce requests may need to be directed to the Customer Organization acting as controller. To exercise rights, contact us at privacy@launchoshub.com.

LaunchOS may process data internationally using appropriate safeguards where required. Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards will be implemented where required by law.

AI-generated outputs require human review and do not replace human judgment. Customer Data submitted to AI features remains subject to these Terms. AI functionality should only process information that the Customer is authorized to provide. LaunchOS may use aggregated or de-identified usage information to evaluate and improve AI performance. Customer Data will not be used to train general-purpose models unless authorized or otherwise disclosed with an appropriate legal basis.

The Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

LaunchOS may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
